This policy applies to FrontendInterviews.dev and related product features, including coding practice, account features, subscription flows, and email communications.

It does not apply to third-party websites or services that are linked from our platform and controlled by other organizations.

We collect information in three ways.

• Account and profile data: name, email, username, password hash (if using email login), profile image, and optional profile fields you choose to provide.
• Product usage data: solved problems, submissions, progress, activity events, and feature usage.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device details, pages viewed, timestamps, referral data, and cookies required for login and product operation.

• Provide and secure accounts and authentication sessions.
• Deliver coding practice features and personalized progress views.
• Process purchases, subscription state, and billing-related workflows.
• Send transactional emails such as verification and password reset emails.
• Measure product performance and improve reliability and user experience.
• Detect abuse, fraud, scraping, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform policies.

We use trusted providers to run the service. Depending on feature usage, data may be processed by:

• Vercel for hosting and edge/network delivery.
• PostgreSQL infrastructure accessed via Prisma for application data storage.
• PostHog for product analytics and usage insights.
• Razorpay for payment processing, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Resend or configured SMTP providers for transactional email delivery.
• Google and GitHub when you choose OAuth-based sign-in.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors only to the extent needed to operate the platform.

We use cookies and local storage for:

• Authentication and secure session continuity.
• Saving product preferences such as theme and font size.
• Analytics and service diagnostics.

You can control cookies through browser settings, but blocking required cookies may prevent login and core platform functionality.

Paid plans are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete card or bank credentials on our servers.

We may store limited billing metadata (for example subscription status, plan type, renewal state, payment identifiers, and refund references) required to provide paid access and support billing inquiries.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

You can request account deletion by contacting support@frontendinterviews.dev. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate safety and audit reasons.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, secure transport, and authentication protections.

No internet service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.

FrontendInterviews.dev is available globally. Your information may be processed in countries where our infrastructure and providers operate.

By using the service, you understand that processing and transfer may occur outside your country of residence, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

FrontendInterviews.dev is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove the data as appropriate.

Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
