858. Maximal Rectangle

Given a rectangular matrix of the strings "0" and "1", return the area of the largest axis-aligned rectangle containing only "1" cells.
Cells in the rectangle must occupy consecutive rows and consecutive columns. The area is the number of cells, and the rectangle does not need to be a square.
Example 1:
Input: matrix = [["1","0","1","0"],["1","1","1","1"],["0","1","1","1"]]
Output: 6
Explanation: Rows 1 through 2 and columns 1 through 3 form a 2 by 3 rectangle of ones.
Example 2:
Input: matrix = [["0"]]
Output: 0
Explanation: There are no cells containing one.
Example 3:
Input: matrix = [["1","1","1","1"]]
Output: 4
Explanation: The entire row is a rectangle of area 4.
Constraints
- 1 <= matrix.length, matrix[0].length <= 200
- All rows have equal length
- matrix[r][c] is "0" or "1"
